Chris Jones- Chair

My name is Chris Jones. I am a retired Primary Headteacher who lives in Waddingham. I
come from Derbyshire, with a Yorkshire and Welsh background. I am married, and have 5
children and 8 Grandsons.
I enjoy sport, especially Rugby, and fishing, but I also love reading and gardening. I have
been a Governor for 3 years, and Chair of Governors for a year. I see being a Governor as
contributing to our village and children, now, and for the future, and in a way, paying back
some of the joys and wider experience I had in Education, for the benefit of our school.

Kerry Jones

I moved to the village 4 years ago after living in France and on the edge of Saddleworth.

I am a retired Sendco, my school was a large 3 form Junior school with 360 pupils. I have 8 grandsons who keep me on my toes.

I love reading, travelling and good food, which I am spoilt with by my husband who loves to cook. I enjoy watching rugby, especially Oldham and Wales but I enjoy all sports.
